Souvenir T-Shirt Order Form - 2012
High quality
purple T-shirts with the 2012 insignia "Builds the Kingdom" on front.
Tournament location, dates, national map, and list of participating
churches will also be on shirt. Teams must be registered by May 25 in
order to be listed on the shirts. Please order and pay by May 25, 2012
in order to reserve your shirts!!! After May 25th, please
contact Phil Walton (see information below) to check availability.
Child 14-16 is the smallest size that we can offer due to the size of
the information that we print on the back of the shirts. We are sorry
that we cannot offer the smaller shirts.
Extra shirts may be available in limited number at an increased price on
tournament site.
Please return your order form as soon as possible. Thanks for your
cooperation and have a great time at Nationals!
